Service & Support
Depending on the service package you choose, our service hotline and the help desk will be available to you up to 24 hours a day – 365 days a year. We’ll do everything we can to get your FTF functioning properly again as fast as possible through phone support, remote maintenance, or even on site. Our highly qualified service technicians provide fast, reliable solutions to problems with the mechanical or electrical system, the control system, or the software.
Maintenance is part and parcel of any DTS’s lifespan! At defined intervals, our technicians will inspect function and wearing parts, work through the plant checklist, and perform necessary adjustment procedures and regulatory work. Our experts will examine your plant via remote maintenance, evaluate plant statistics, and use the results to come up with suggestions for optimization at regular intervals.
With the individual concept for full maintenance, you’ll get the all-round carefree package from us upon request: We take on all the work that’s necessary to maintain or re-establish availability and keep important spare parts on hand. The exact extent of our support is up to you. In concrete terms, this includes inspection and maintenance, staff on call or at regular intervals, on site at times decided by you, spare parts provision from us at the factory or as consignment to you at the plant.
We’re also happy to perform the expert inspection required by law under BGV D2 on your behalf once per year, as is required for plant operators. We’ll provide you with certified experts to do this.
