MLR has implemented an automated material transport system (AMT) at the Düsseldorf University Clinic that picks up hospital containers from an electric monorail conveyor and transports them using Phoenix series automated guided fork trucks.
The system is controlled by the LogOS Hospital management software from MLR, which also coordinates a vertical conveyor and floor conveyor that are integrated in the overall system, as well as elevators and fire protection doors
