At automotive supplier Bilstein, MLR installed an automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) that transports coils between the tandem line and an adjacent roller welding plant. The employees at the undercarriage specialist enter the transport commands manually, then an automated guided vehicle (AGV) comes and takes the working rollers to the assigned location. The Phoenix series vehicles organize their routes autonomously and transfer the load to the destination station.
