An automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) developed and implemented by MLR transports sacks of animal feed from production to the commissioning stores at the animal feed producer. The Phoenix model fork trucks are equipped with a chain conveyor in the transverse direction that is mounted on a lift equipment that can be extended up to 3,300 mm.
Control and monitoring of the automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) is handled by the LogOS management and control software from MLR. LogOS controls the traffic on the approximately 380 meter long course and also incorporates the manually guided stackers in the system.
