Caesar drive-under tractors – Sanofi-Aventis

Branche: Pharma
Fahrzeugart: Platform

At the pharmaceutical manufacturer Sanofi-Aventis, an MLR automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) brings medications from the filling station to a mobile large-capacity steam sterilizer.

The Caesar model drive-under tractors can navigate freely and roll under the 1.80 meter high racks that are filled with medication bottles, lift them up, and move them into the sterilizer. After sterilization, they pick up the racks automatically and bring them into block storage areas in the cooling zone.

The LogOS management and control software from MLR handles not only the control of the automated guided vehicle system, but also the entire validation process within medication production. With the LogOS MFS expansion module, material and batch numbers are assigned and monitored, and the entire filling process is documented and recorded.
