Fulfilling your requirements for quality and sustainability is a priority in our work. We ensure this through:
- market research and knowledge of the specific customer requirements and processes. We collaborate closely with other members of the ROFA Group for this purpose.
- a product design that meets the customer’s quality requirements and applicable regulations, standards, including environmental protection and product safety requirements.
Certified processes and services
Our domain is zero-defect tolerance, which is why we rely on processes and services certified according to ISO norms. What this means to us in detail:
- controlling processes to prevent non-conformity. If non-conformities occur, we take corrective and preventive action.
- a detailed risk analysis of all processes and products before and during implementation.
- continuous improvement of our employees’ qualifications through internal and external training courses.
- making staff and material resources available that ensure goals are achieved within the defined time period.
- teamwork within project teams that develop, implement, and optimize solutions quickly and cooperatively.
- a high degree of trust in the experience of our technical staff in the areas of construction, production, and installation.
- close, long-standing cooperation with our sub-contractors.
Social responsibility
We show our commitment to the area of social responsibility through
- well-founded training provided for future engineering staff and organizing student internships.
- supporting select university projects.
- supporting other organizations, initiatives, projects that focus on public welfare, e.g. we are involved with the Podkarpackie foundation, a children’s hospital.
