ROFA’s recruting is doing something good for the planet

By cooperating with the job portal Yourfirm, we not only focus on efficient recruiting, but also do something sustainably for the planet.

For every job offer booking, Yourfirm plants a protected tree on controlled smallholder land in Nicaragua as part of the campaign “Job offer plants tree“, together with the non-profit organization PRIMAKLIMA.

By doing so in 2021, ROFA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AG contributed to the planting of 50 new trees and therefore to a greener planet.
