We are pleased to introduce Morath Automatisierung GmbH, located in Titisee-Neustadt, as a new corporate member of the ROFA Group.
ROFA INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION AG has acquired 100% of the shares of the existing entities with effect from 01.10.2022.
The strategic expansion of the ROFA Group by the automation partner Morath, deepens our in-house know-how and pushes our targeted growth.
Morath Automatisierung GmbH will continue to operate on the market as an independent company managed by Walter and Frank Morath. The affiliation with the ROFA Group, with its more than 1,200 employees and now 14 worldwide subsidiaries, guarantees the company a stable future and healthy growth in the automotive and intralogistics sectors.
