From ROFA Industrial Automation AG to SPIE ROFA GmbH
In connection with SPIE's acquisition of the ROFA Group, we would like to inform you that ROFA Industrial Automation AG will operate under the name
with effect from 30 September 2026.
The change of company name and the associated change in legal form are taking place as part of the integration of the ROFA Group into the SPIE Group. The Managing Director of SPIE ROFA GmbH is Mr. Dirk Nagraszus.
The shareholder of SPIE ROFA GmbH is SPIE Automation Solutions GmbH.
As our business partner, this change will have no impact on our existing cooperation. Your previous contacts and the established communication and service processes will remain available to you as usual. Existing contracts and other legal agreements will remain unchanged and will continue under the new company name.
We kindly ask you to take the new company name into account in your master data and in all further business correspondence from 30 September 2026.
