Apprentice Excursion 2024
On September 2, 2024, we welcomed six new apprentices (three industrial clerks, one electronics technician for devices and systems, one electronics technician for industrial engineering, and one warehouse logistics specialist). Just three days later, the annual apprentice excursion took place, in which the new apprentices were also allowed to participate – a great opportunity to get to know each other, integrate into the team and strengthen team spirit through team-building tasks.
The group of 13 apprentices and three supervisors started at Kolbermoor station and, after a short, fun train ride, reached the climbing forest in Prien am Chiemsee. There, they mastered tasks that required cooperation and communication. After the lunch break, they went to the high ropes course before ending the day with snack time and a role-playing game focused on tactics and strategy.
