Following the conception and engineering phase, Morath’s team gets to work on site.
Each project is supervised by one of our experienced project managers. As the one in charge of overall coordination, he is also responsible for designing the control concepts and electrical layouts. He represents the interface between all processes and project participants and is your contact for all matters.
Electrical Installation
The electrical installation is the implementation of the circuit diagrams to the system. We install all electrical systems with our site managers and highly qualified, reliable partner companies with relevant industry expertise. This enables us to provide the required manpower even for short-term implementation periods. The assembly teams at Morath Automatisierung GmbH have been well-rehearsed and internationally experienced for many years. Our team excels with exceptional workmanship and a high level of commitment. It goes without saying that we have the equipment for all necessary measurings like BGV A3, bus measurements, etc., including documentation.
Commissioning
Before commissioning the systems at the customer’s premises, we run extensive inhouse system tests. Complex systems or systems with extremely short commissioning periods are put into virtual operation in advance, e.g. with the WinMOD system platform. This reduces the commissioning times to a minimum and risks are virtually eliminated, especially in the event of short production interruptions.
Documentation & Training
A complete documentation is part of the construction and commissioning of a system. This includes electrical layouts, circuit diagrams, functional descriptions, measurements (BGV A3, Profinet, Profibus, etc.), safety matrices and customer-specific documents. A meticulous procedure is essential and a matter of course at Morath Automatisierung GmbH. To guarantee the highest possible availability of the system, we provide intensive theoretical and practical training for the operating and maintenance staff before the system is put into operation.
